• Orders Below QAR 100: A flat QAR 20 delivery charge applies.
• Orders Above QAR 100: Free delivery.

• Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your items within 24 hrs.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically it will be delivered withing 24 hrs for delivery within Qatar.
4. Delivery Times
• Normal Business Hours: Delivery is typically made between 10 AM and 6 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
• Friday Delivery: Due to limited delivery hours, we process orders on Fridays starting at 2 PM.
• Delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather, delivery service issues, or holidays.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS to track your order.
• You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not currently offer international shipping.
