• Delivery charges are applied based on the order value:
• QAR 20 for orders below QAR 100
• Free delivery for orders above QAR 100

6. Returns and Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in unused condition with its original packaging and tags intact.

• Refunds will be processed as store credit once the returned items are received and inspected.

• If you paid via COD, refunds will be issued as store credit or an exchange.
