• Shipping Terms: As detailed in our Shipping Policy, we provide 100% Free Shipping on all orders with delivery completed within 1 to 2 working days (Saturday through Thursday).

• Delivery Information: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact phone number at checkout. Our courier partner will call prior to delivery. Failure to answer calls may result in delivery delays or order cancellations.

4. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Mero Jutta. We offer a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy subject to the following conditions:

• Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which they were delivered. All original tags, labels, and original brand packaging (e.g., shoe boxes) must remain intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, opened cosmetics/skincare products, worn socks/innerwear, and altered items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours with photo or video evidence so we can arrange a free immediate replacement or full refund.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via your original payment method, cash, or bank transfer.
